By purchasing a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the File Sphere Pro application on the number of computers specified in your purchase tier.

2. Use of the Software

File Sphere Pro is a powerful tool for managing files. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the software. While we have built-in numerous safety features, such as confirmation dialogs and an undo function, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur. We strongly recommend you have a backup of your important files before performing large-scale operations.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make the Service available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
